We’re going to tell you about fun ways to spend your time in Blue Mountain, but the truth is, it all starts at the Blue Mountain Showhome. There are so many great amenities INSIDE what could be your new mountain hideaway. From a movie room and full snack bar to your OWN Après Ski lounge, eq-WHIPPED with a hot chocolate bar and a pool table, the fun won’t ever stop!
The Outdoor Space is Straight Fire!
That’s what the young ones say nowadays, right? Well, they’d be right! The Blue Mountain Showhome has not one but TWO outdoor hangout spots equipped with a gas fireplace or fire pit. Located at the rear of the Showhome, you can cozy up by the fire with a hot beverage in hand and admire glorious views of the mountain you could have just spent the day exploring! And yes, the blankets are included.
Do you still want to cozy up by the fire but want to do it inside instead? No problem! A double-sided fireplace is one of the most stunning features of the Blue Mountain Showhome. One side is the sitting area with four swivel chairs, and the other is your Après Ski lounge! It is a great way to combine spaces but still have separation between them.
Movie Night Will Be Your Favourite Night
You read that right! The Blue Mountain Showhome has a movie and games room, and it comes with a fully stocked snack bar! Grab your preferred gummy, chips, or some freshly popped popcorn from your popcorn maker, take a seat on the extremely comfortable sofa, and watch your favourite flicks or play your go-to game.
Let’s Talk Snow
As one of the most desired places for Ontario skiing and snowboarding, Blue Mountain Resort is full of wintery activities for the whole family. For the little ones or those who want to brush up on their snowy skills, there are plenty of hills for learning or finding your groove again. Blue Mountain offers nine green-level hills accessible via chairlift and four smaller slopes with magic carpets!
If you’re looking for more of a challenge, Blue Mountain proudly offers 30 runs at the blue, black diamond, and even DOUBLE black diamond difficulty level. Just remember to always ski with a buddy!
If the skis and the snowboards aren’t your thing, don't worry! Blue Mountain Resort also offers “Hike ‘N’ Tube,” a great snow tubing expedition. Just grab your tube, walk up the designated hill, and whip back down at exhilarating speeds! Once you’re done, head to the centre of Blue Mountain Village, where multiple fire pits with chairs are just waiting to warm you up!

Some would say the Après is the best part about a day on the slopes. What if we told you that Blue Mountain does Après Ski a little differently? Finish your last run and slide into the village, where plenty of restaurants and activities await! The best part? You don’t even have to part with your gear! Anywhere you look, you’ll find ski racks to store your equipment while warming up from the cold.

Upscale dining awaits you at Tholos, a Greek restaurant that will light up your tastebuds—and your eyes (we’re looking at you, Saganaki). If you want something more relaxed, hit Firehall Pizza for delicious Italian food and pub-style grub. Are you looking for dinner and a show? M.J. Byrnes Irish Pub has live music every night!

Have some fun with your snow buddies, throw some axes (supervised by a professional), and have a friendly competition. We can’t forget about the nighttime snacks! Blue Mountain Village is home to some decadent treats, like fresh fudge and chocolate from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Happy Valley Candy Store is home to some of your most treasured nostalgic snacks, like Big League Chew and some overseas Cadbury delicacies.
